Aspen Logistics required a central platform for operations to manage fleet operations along with the capability to manage and view exceptions. These occurrences needed to be shared with the clients and sub-contractors in real-time through a portal that allowed for document uploads and freight updates to manage supply chain flow

THE SOLUTION
FLOW Platform was recommended to provide an integrated database across platforms for central management and reporting.
The platform offers a Business Intelligence dashboard that can report on the various aggregated data resources.
KPI dashboards were created for internal use and other KPI dashboard were exposed via portal to clients and sub- contractors.
FLOW Platform was able to integrate with existing document management software and provided the ability for digital, remote document uploading, sharing, and saving.
