Receiving regulative information like inspections and incident reporting is not captured in real-time.
Corrective action was only done after delivery has taken place.
Solution
ORT drivers and the mobile workforce submit an average of 460 forms via devices per day. Currently, there are 60 types of different forms that have been created for submission via Electronic POD’s for real-time proof of delivery. Immediate notifications of weight losses from loading to offloading weight can be determined. Diesel consumption is now monitored daily and corrective action can be taken immediately.
