THE ASK
PepsiCo’s main transport division needed a central platform for real-time display of logistical plans for all transporters, enabling seamless sharing of load allocation and updates between transporters, clients, and PEPSSICO. The data relates to load status, current position, and notifications/exceptions. The goal is to facilitate data sharing without burdening transporters with additional data upload tasks, offering them various options for data sharing.

THE SOLUTION
FLOW Platform was recommended to provide an integrated database across platforms for central management and reporting.
The platform offers a Business Intelligence dashboard that can report on the various aggregated data resources.
KPI dashboards were created for internal use and other KPI dashboard were exposed via portal to clients and sub- contractors.
FLOW Platform was able to integrate with existing document management software and provided the ability for digital, remote document uploading, sharing, and saving.
