Put away improved. Receipt scan at receiving with a suggested put away location is being used.
Picking accuracy improvement improved 80% overall, with dispatching accuracy to 20 different branches.
Picking per order improvement as any picker can pick an order by following the instructions on the scanner.
Staff training and assessments management can now measure staff productivity and use this to manage the output.
WMS organisation structure changed change management staff took about 3 months to adapt, but results are showing the benefit.
